Reshape and Recover

A Christ-centered, 12-Step membership program to help people

overcome overeating and succeed in their Christian weight loss journey.

In a world where people are hurting due to overeating, Reshape and Recover is helping people overcome overeating using a Christ-centered, 12-Step online membership program. This program is designed to help people with Christian weight loss on their journey to better health. We are also available to come to your church and present this weight loss program to your congregation.

Reshape and Recover was created by Julie Kleinhans to combine the success of the 12 Steps with the teachings of the Bible to overcome food addiction, overeating, and obesity. Utilizing her experience of a 90-pound weight loss and maintenance since 2008, and Tony's expertise in 12-Step counseling and coaching, our goal is to help people recover from overeating while growing in their relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Using Julie's book "12 Steps to Recovery From Overeating," which is available on Amazon or through a subscription to the online membership, our members will be guided through the revised Christ-centered 12 steps to help them recover from overeating, lose the weight, and keep it off permanently. Membership benefits also include weekly meetings, 1:1 coaching, tips and tricks, and more.
