The heart of the Fit for Life in Christ course is the 469-page Leader’s manual. Extensive leader’s notes with multiple stories and lecture material are printed on the left page of the manual, with the smaller student page on the right with plenty of room for your own notes. Miniature pictures of the multiple illustrations sold with the course are placed conveniently next to their descriptions in the leader’s notes. The leader’s material is generally tied to the fill-in-the-blanks of the student guides, encouraging the class to take an active part in the lesson. Biblical references are printed out for your convenience. Lots of corny stories and icebreakers in the notes give the leader many opportunities to lighten it up and surgically insert your points through the humor.
