People often say prayer is just a conversation with God. And it is. But prayer is also so much more! The mission of Biblically Balanced Prayer Ministries is to help people expand their prayer life by learning more about the complex side of prayer. Through workshops, retreats, resources, and teachings people will discover the condition of their hearts, hidden motives, and the impact attitudes and emotions can have on their prayer life. Our goal is to help people grow closer to the Lord through prayer and learn what it really means to fully surrender and align with God’s will.
Biblically Balanced Prayer Ministries (BBPM) is a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry. BBPM was founded by Renee Page and launched in 2024 with the support of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas. BBPM has led multiple prayer workshops, retreats, and teachings helping hundreds of people expand their prayer life.
Services Provided:
Prayer Workshops
We offer a two-day Mountain Moving Prayer Workshop that teaches about the complexities of prayer including our purpose in prayer, the influence of emotions, aligning our desires with God's desires, and praying truth from Scripture. The workshop is broken into four sessions, each comprised of teachings, workbook exercises, and a testimony. Learn to transform your basic prayer requests into Mountain Moving, Scripture-filled prayers that honor God and increase your faith in Him!
Women's Retreats
Our prayer retreats can be a single day or overnight. Time will be spent learning about prayer, praying privately, and praying together as a group. Each woman will create an individual prayer journal prior to the retreat that will help her prepare for her time spent in prayer. Suggestions for creating the prayer journal will be provided.
Speaking
Invite us to your church or event to speak about what it means to surrender in prayer. We focus specifically on what it means to say YES to God, surrender our will, and align with God's will (even, and especially, when we don't want to!).
Prayer Coaching
Prayer is so simple, and yet it can often be difficult to find the words. Meet with Renee one-on-one to develop a prayer strategy for your situation. Renee will help you find Scripture to pray, promises to stand on, and truth you can repeat to yourself while you're waiting on God's timing.
