Encouraging Mission and Church Planting in LCMS Churches |
The Harvest Partnership Network - Michigan catalyzes church planting in Michigan by brokering the building of partnerships between LCMS pastors, lay leaders, and churches in the Michigan District. Pastors form Harvest Tables where missional leaders gather regularly for harvest prayer (Luke 10:2), encouragement in Great Commission work, and ultimately working together to plant churches.
Services we provide:
* We support Harvest Table catalysts who gather with other pastors and missional leaders for regular prayer and regular mission focused support and planning.
* We support Harvest Tables in exploring church planting, planning to plant, funding, launching, and parenting church plants.
* We support church planting couples by connecting them with mentors, coaches, and a community of planting couples.

Elevator Speech
The Harvest Partnership is a Spirit-led movement of Jesus’ disciples investing Spiritual, Relational, Intellectual, Physical, and Financial capital to multiply disciples and expand God’s kingdom.
Mission
We fuel and send harvest workers and multiply harvest tables to connect the disconnected to Christ, His Church, and our calling in His Kingdom.
Vision
To be a Gospel-centric expression of God’s Spirit-led sending through the multiplication of harvest workers, harvest tables, new disciples, and new Gospel outposts.
The Harvest Partnership is a Spirit-led movement of Jesus’ disciples who are investing themselves and their churches in 5 ways (capitals): Spiritually, Relationally, Intellectually, Physically, and Financially. • Spiritually we gather regularly in person and online to encourage one another in the mission with the Word and to pray together for the Kingdom to come among us. • Relationally we gather regularly to grow in friendship, understanding, trust, and love. • Intellectually we gather regularly to share what we are learning through our experiences and best practices that the Holy Spirit is using in the Kingdom work. • Physically we share resources. We share time, space, stuff (tables, chairs, office equipment, curriculum, etc.), and people. We joyfully send our resources and are grateful to share in the work and coming of the kingdom. • Financially we give joyfully to the mission work we are part of – each church according to their ability and the grace given to them. |
