The News and Events section of Concordia Market is just getting started.  We envision it will be a type of community bulletin board.  In order to start slowly and safely, we will only allow logged in users to post and all posts will be vetted by a staff member before they are added to the listings.  We anticipate a less than one day turn around from the time an item is submitted to that item showing-up in the listings.  Once we are confident that we have sufficient mechanisms in place to protect our users, we will allow for nearly instantaneous posting.
