At Multipli, we believe that God’s mission of going and making disciples can be led by all of His people not just by professional church workers. So we’re passionate about training every Christian to lead God’s mission. We’ve seen our training extend the reach of the local church as God’s people — Christians everywhere and everyday — carry out God’s mission. This is why Multipli exists.
Multipli began in 2021 with a vision to give the people of God the training, habits and courage that would empower them to share Jesus in a natural way through relationships. Research reveals that many Americans are receptive to spiritual discussions. However, most Christians lack the training and courage to engage meaningfully. 60% of Americans report that their Christian friends rarely discuss their faith, that is if Christians have a relationship with non-Christians - which most Christians do not.
Multipli stands in that gap...training Christians to accept their responsibility to go to non-Christians, giving them permission - many times where the church has not - and revealing the access to Jesus' practices and habits that any Christian can imitate.

Genesis Leader is a transformative, in-depth online training designed to equip emerging Christian leaders with the tools, confidence, and spiritual foundation to create a community with believers and unbelievers wherever they live. With a strong emphasis on real-world application, participants are empowered to step confidently into leadership roles that advance the message of Jesus and create impactful, disciple-making movements.
