I am a missional pastor in Fort Wayne, Indiana (EST). I have 14 years of experience in fulltime ministry including five as a pastor, three in corportate communication, and six in local church communications. Before going into ministry I was a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have finished all the pieces for the International Coaching Federation, Associate Certified Coach (ACC). This means that I have been taking coaching specific classes through Coach Approach Ministries, coached for 100 hrs, have a mentor coach, and I am preparing for a comprehensive exam. I am also a certified mental health coach through AACC.
